Steve began working for Nomad as CEO in May 2020. He has many years experience as a CEO with third sector organisations.

Karen began working for Nomad in 2002 as a Tenancy Support Worker and has been in her current post since September 2024.

Jon joined us in September 2024, bringing extensive knowledge and experience in the housing sector.
Cara Cordell

Progression Officer
Cara began working for Nomad in 2019 as a Housing Officer. She has a background in property management and so works mainly with our tenants in private rented accommodation.
Mary Sanderson
Housing and Progression Officer
Mary joined Nomad as a volunteer in 2009, later becoming a Tenancy Support Worker and now serves as a Housing Officer, primarily working in Supported Exempt Accommodation.
Mo Jones
Housing and Progression Officer
Following 20 years working in Housing Solutions with Sheffield City Council, Mo joined Nomad in May 2023. She works across Nomad and Four Trees tenants.
Fergus Daffy

Progression Officer
Fergus joined Nomad in January 2023. He has worked supporting vulnerable adults with learning difficulties for 2 years. Fergus works with Nomad and Four Trees tenants.
Christina Carroll
Lettings Negotiator
Christina joined the team in December 2021 is now a key part of the Clarity Lettings team. She is the first point of contact for all our landlords.
Laura Fieber
Lettings Negotiator
Laura volunteered with Nomad in 2015 and then worked as a Trainee Housing Support Worker until 2017. She returned to Nomad in 2019 and is now a Lettings Negotiator.
Tim Jespersen
Fundraising and Communications Officer
Tim joined our team in January 2024. He comes with plenty of fundraising and marketing experience.
Jodie Kissack
Administrator
Jodie has joined our team to support Nomad, Four Trees Lettings and Clarity Lettings with administrative tasks. Her background is in hospitality and facilities management.
Kelly Clarke
Finance Assistant
Kelly joined us in February 2024. She works to support the finances of Nomad, Four Trees Lettings and Clarity Lettings.
Chelsea Garrod
Finance Manager
Chelsea joined our team in June 2024. She is currently working for us remotely as a Finance Manager.
