CEO
Steve began working for Nomad as CEO in May 2020. He has many years experience as a CEO with other voluntary sector organisations.
Karen Awdhali
Head of Services
Karen began working for Nomad in 2002 as a Tenancy Support Worker and has been in her current post since January 2019.
Julie Watt
Finance Manager
Julie has been working in third sector finance for 30 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our team.
Cara Cordell
Housing Coordinator
Cara began working for Nomad in 2019 as a Housing Officer. She has a background in property management and so works mainly with our tenants in private rented accommodation.
Mary Sanderson
Housing and Progression Officer
Mary first came to Nomad in 2009 as a volunteer. She went on to become a Tenancy Support Worker and is now a Housing Officer. Mary works mainly with our tenants in the training flats.
Laura Fieber
Lettings Coordinator
Laura volunteered with Nomad in 2015 and then worked as a Trainee Housing Support Worker until 2017. She returned to Nomad in 2019 as a Housing Officer and works mainly with people in the training flats.
Fergus Daffy
Housing and Progression Officer
Fergus joined Nomad in January 2023. He has worked supporting vulnerable adults with learning difficulties for 24 months. Fergus works with Nomad and Four Trees Lettings Agency tenants.
Mo Jones
Housing and Progression Officer
Following 20 years working in Housing Solutions with Sheffield City Council, Mo joined Nomad in May 2023. She works across Nomad and Four Trees tenants.
Christina Carroll
Lettings Agent and Maintenance Coordinator
Christina joined the team in December 2021 as part of the Four Trees Lettings support team. She is the first point of contact for all our landlords.
Josh Millar
Lettings Negotiator
Josh joined our team in November 2022. He has worked in housing since 2015 and will be a key member of our Clarity Lettings team.
Pouya Ali
Finance Assistant
Pouya comes from a finance background and joined the Nomad team in November 2022. He works with Nomad, Four Trees and Clarity Lettings.
Jodie Kissack
Administrator
Jodie has joined our team to support Nomad, Four Trees Lettings and Clarity Lettings with administrative tasks. Her background is in hospitality and facilities management.
