Steve began working for Nomad as CEO in May 2020. He has many years experience as a CEO with third sector organisations.

Karen began working for Nomad in 2002 as a Tenancy Support Worker and has been in her current post since September 2024.
Mo Jones
Housing Projects Manager
Following 20 years working in Housing Solutions with Sheffield City Council, Mo joined Nomad in May 2023. She works across Nomad and Four Trees Lettings.
Mary Sanderson
Housing Options Coordinator
Mary joined Nomad as a volunteer in 2009, later becoming a Tenancy Support Worker and now serves as a Housing Officer, primarily working in Supported Exempt Accommodation.
Chloe Waites
Housing and Progression Officer
Chloe joined us in July 2025 and brings a background in supporting vulnerable people. She will be working closely with many of our tenants.

Madi joined the Housing Team in November 2024, bringing over 7 years of experience in housing and support.
Cara Cordell
Personal Growth Officer
Cara began working for Nomad in 2019 as a Housing Officer. She has a background working in property management and is now supporting clients to secure paid employment.
Laura Fieber
Lettings Negotiator
Laura volunteered with Nomad in 2015 and then worked as a Trainee Housing Support Worker until 2017. She returned to Nomad in 2019 and is now a Lettings Negotiator.
Jason Watkins
Lettings Negotiator
Jason joined the team in December 2025. He has a background in property maintenance and a natural flair for communication. Jason is also a keen drummer.
Ben Watkins
Finance Manager
Ben works remotely as our Finance Manager and brings with her years of financial experience.
Kelly Clarke
Income Services and Administration Officer
Kelly joined us in February 2024. She works to support the finances of Nomad, Four Trees Lettings and Clarity Lettings.
Yasmin Choudry
Fundraising Consultant
Yasmin, a highly skilled fundraiser, has been working with Nomad since the spring of 2025. She is based in the far east.
